RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CAMP:


All participants should report on 1st May 2008, 5.30 pm at MAHAGAMI office with all the necessities for the camp

The participant is required to bring receipt issued by MAHAGAMI while reporting. The form with 2 stamp size photos should be submitted.

  1. An identity card and information kit will be given to each participant (SADHAKA).
  2. Some orientation and AV presentation will be arranged and SADHAKAs can disperse at 8 pm on 1st May after a welcome beverage.
  3. Resident SADHAKAs will be allotted their rooms and rest can leave. Daily training from 2nd May will be from 6 am to 7.30 pm.
  4. All SADHAKAs should assemble in PARNAKUTI at 5.30 am for the morning herbal tea.
  5. SADHAKAs will not be allowed to leave the campus in between without prior permission.
  6. SADHAKAs should wear cotton / khadi clothes (Indian attire – kurta, pyjama, etc.) during the camp days.

A.    Following necessities should be brought:

    1. Ghungroo
    2. Dance music (if possible, for students of any classical dance)
    3. Notebook, pen
    4. Pencil, rubber, scale, brushes, colors, etc for drawing and painting
    5. Steel plates, 2 spoons, 2 bowls, 2 glasses
    6. Glucose, honey, biscuits (optional)
    7. Hand Towel, liquid soap
    8. Cotton cap / hat
    9. Audio cassette of choice (Indian classical music)
    10. Medicines (if required)
    11. Water bottle
    12. Sports shoes

B. Residents should bring the following:

    1. Clothes (cotton / khadi) – comfortable wear for yoga, dance, etc
    2. Personal necessities
    3. Alarm Clock, torch
    4. Bed-sheets – 2, Pillow & pillow cover (if required); (Mattress will be provided.)
    5. Mosquito repellent
    • Parents / Guardians of local SADHAKAs can meet from 8.30 to 9.30 pm at Room-1. No visitors will be allowed between 6 am to 8 pm. Main gate will be closed at 9.30 pm, hence visitors may disperse by that time.
    • In case of a medical emergency, SADHAKA can report to the office or any coordinator. To understand the medical history in special cases, it is advised to keep prescription of the doctor with details about frequency of administering the medication.
    • The camp will close on 15th May morning. An AV presentation will be arranged for the family members and guests on 14th May, 7 pm. All SADHAKAs can disperse after that.
    • All SADHAKAs with family can come on 15th morning for herbal tea and a valedictory function, which will conclude at 10.30, am. VCD of the camp will be given to the interested SADHAKAs on this day.
